Footstools & More is a family-owned business that has been established in the furniture industry for more than 50 years.
After having a previously poor experience with Yell, they came to Add People looking to get their eCommerce campaigns back on track.
They have now been partnered with Add People for just over 2 years and the transformation has been remarkable.
The challenge
The pandemic has presented huge challenges for businesses, however, many eCommerce businesses have benefitted from this, as national lockdowns have seen online shopping grow at a rapid pace.
The main challenge for Add People’s eCommerce team was to keep post-lockdown sales at a high level.
Footstools & More also needed to increase the awareness of the brand across all channels, as well having a need to improve the shopping experience for their customers.
Our strategy
The team created several product campaigns that focussed on specific products that would yield the best return.
Search and Shopping campaigns were combined to cover the entire sales funnel, showing ads to users at different stages of their purchasing journey.
Footstools & More also signed up for Add People’s Social Media service, this enabled the team to create Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
These social campaigns helped to build awareness of the brand, taking advantage of the huge audience that these social platforms offer.
The results
From only an 8% increase in PPC spend, the results from the campaigns have been quite remarkable!
– Online store transactions have increased by 80%
– Cost per acquisition (CPA) has decreased by 40%
– Revenue has increased by 122%
– Return on ad spend (ROAS) is over 1000% (increasing by 95% YTD)
