Europa Truck Parts are an established supplier of HGV parts to the UK.

Expanding on a long-standing successful partnership with our eCommerce team, they decided to team up with our SEO and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) team.

This would prove to be a fantastic decision, resulting in a new website that was fine-tuned to grow their business through increased website sales.

The challenge

Europa Truck Parts wanted to increase their organic traffic to their website (website visitors from unpaid sources), however, it was clear to our experts that the user experience (UX) of their site needed to be vastly improved.

It would be all well and good to increase traffic to their site, but if potential customers were arriving at a poor website (too slow, too hard to find the right products, complicated checkout process, etc.), then they would simply leave without making a purchase – and potentially never return!

So, the main challenge here was to design a user-friendly website, that would ensure more conversions for Europa Truck Parts.

Our strategy

Our CRO experts got to work on designing a new homepage, category template, and product template.

Implementing their UX expertise, they reduced potential barriers on the website that were stopping customers from taking desired actions, for example, completing a purchase or making a phone enquiry.

Making their website easy to navigate and ensuring that their web pages loaded quickly, were key aspects of this strategic approach.

Once the newly-designed website was set live, the results have been transformational.

Users have been able to navigate their site far more easily, resulting in the growth of product page clicks, phone call leads, transactions, and ultimately, increased revenue…
