Infinite Paving
Infinite Paving supplies high-quality stone paving through their Ecommerce website.
Having run successful ad campaigns with our Ecommerce team, they decided to expand their digital strategy, by teaming up with our Social Media experts as well.
The challenge
The goal here was to drive more sales through their social media channels, by setting up advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Due to users being able to opt-out of cookies, it can prove challenging to track users that take certain actions on the site (e.g. adding an item to basket) and thus, limiting the number of people that could be remarketed to.
The team looked for ways to solve this challenge.
Our strategy
Three different ad campaigns were created in order to target customers at different stages of the purchasing journey (or marketing funnel).
Infinite Paving’s customers usually take time to consider their products before deciding to complete a purchase.
Because of this, the majority of the budget was used to target new audiences – those potential customers that may not have even heard of Infinite Paving before – and start to get them to consider their products.
A range of different ad formats were used, including GIFs, carousels, static images, etc. to make the ads engaging and ‘stop the scroll’ of users on Facebook and Instagram.
To combat the cookie issue, the team created ‘abandoned cart’ audiences, as well as social and web traffic audiences, which enabled them to remarket their products and remind users of products that they had previously shown interest in.
The results
The results have been fantastic to see!
From a daily budget of £20, across three campaigns, Infinite Paving have seen £21,955 in sales through the ads.
This is a staggering 3,990% return on their ad spend!
On the back of this success, Infinite Paving have once again expanded their digital strategy…
They are now using our SEO services and growing their organic online presence.
